Extremely cheap - The main attraction for students to the Hive is the drink prices, as between Monday and Wednesday, they sell double spirits and mixer drinks for only £2, and they also sell cocktails for as low as £2.50. Take full advantage of this, everyone else in Hive is also doing the same thing - getting drunk as possible.
Go Pizza Paradise after - Located right next to the Hive, is a late night Pizza restaurant called Pizza Paradise. This is the only place in Edinburgh where you will be served with a Pizza and a bottle of wine after 3am. Note, this place does get very busy, and there will be queues outside of the restaurant if you don’t arrive early enough.
Best club in Edinburgh (if you are extremely inebriated) - If you are on the verge of blacking out, or wanting to get to that state, Hive is quite possibly the best place in Edinburgh to do that. What’s Fresh? recommends Hive if those are your only intentions.
